I saw this last night as I was feeling a canker sore throughout the day and this video sure helped! :)

What works for me is taking a Q-tip and drying the sore and then dipping the Q-tip in water before coating it in salt and putting it on the sore. It hurts quite a bit but it works.

Woke up this morning to a sore inside my mouth. I tried the salt water rinse followed by chamomile tea w/honey and the sore disappeared before I could finish my cup of tea. Thanks Whitney!

As a person who has tried everything for ulcers I wanted to mention that one thing that has helped me is using Uncle Harry’s alkalized toothpaste. Nothing else has ever worked for me. My brother and I both get ulcers so I believe we have a hereditary predisposition to get them. This toothpaste has been a miracle for me. I hardly get them now and even when I bite myself they rarely turn into one since I’ve been using it.

I just put a Q-tip in a bottle of hydrogen peroxide & dot it on my canker sore and boom gone overnight, no pain, nothing! Works like a charm

I had canker sore for years since I was a teenager. I would get them anywhere from every 2 weeks to a month. I remember one time I had 4 of them in my mouth. I don't get them anymore from changing my toothpaste without fluoride and sls.

Hey Whitney I used triamcinolone oral ointment that was the only thing that helped my canker sore and by the time it was healing I also used lignocaine oral gel to suppress it and crossover in order to ease out eating
