What could Kamala Harris' potentially historic nomination as the Democratic presidential candidate bring to the campaign that was missing with Biden?

And why could Trump's campaign, which has been "thrown out the window", soon launch attacks against Harris that may be racist and sexist in nature?

It was not their strategy. Trump said he rather run against someone who was able to think clearly,

'What can be, unburdened by what has been' - Kamala Harris This will be on the radio and tv news, even social media if she wins 2024 lol..
  • The answer is simply no, sometimes general public perception may be wrong however in this case the general public IS the main factor as they literally vote the person into the office. The moment Biden dropped out the general consensus is that Trump is already locked in

Depending who is the selected Democratic VP candidate, the result will be a close fight. However being better known to the voters, Trump will still get his second term as POTUS.

I didn't vote for president in 2020 or 2016 and I really didn't like Biden, but I'm looking forward to voting for Harris, a lot. Trump knows that independents will flee from him as soon as they learn about his intentions with Project 2025 which is why he's so scared to debate her.
