Every time someone talks about BDSP it gets more difficult to believe how badly they fumbled them. The shiny charm bug is probably super easy to fix but they just...didn't.

It is INCREDIBLY dumb that the Darkrai/Shaymin event in BDSP was for a limited time. Now I can’t get those shiny :(

Nice use of the "Relic Song" at the beginning. Such a nice song, that even got it's own cutscene in Gen 5 for teaching it to Meloetta

I love it that Catherine calls her shiny Shaymin a "baby," "little angel," and "cute," but it has the naughty nature. That right there is no angel, Catherine. That thing is a little devil! 😂 Not that I blame you. It is adorable, but if the sandwiches start to go missing, you know who to confront. Just don't fall for the innocent smiles. 😊

My first shiny was a hoppip. I never actually knew if shiny Pokémon were real until I got mine. After that, it would not leave me alone with now 4 copies!

I also shiny hunted Shaymin a bit ago, took a few months off of the hunt, came back and its cry got burnt into my head from hearing it so much. The instant I hear the "Pi pi pi pi pipu" I INSTANTLY know it's this small thing, but it was absolutrely worth it, it looks so good.

My first Pokemon that I ever intentionally shiny hunted was Infernape in Legends Arceus. Platinum was my first Pokemon game, so I thought it was fitting that I hunted for my first Starter Pokemon. After months of so many unsuccessful attempts I ended up finding an Alpha Snorlax, I finally got the Alpha Infernape on November 1st, 2023, almost two weeks before Scarlet and Violet came out.
