  • The neat thing about bananas is that their stem doubles as a handy opening device. Never in my life have I used a knife to peel a banana.
  • use coconut milk in place of milk and arrow root powder in place of corn starch and you have a healthier option

    Made this the other night. Added mini milk chocolate chips and chopped walnuts. Put the cups in the freezer for 15 min so it was soft-frozen. So much Yummm!! Watching from Maple Valley, Washington State, USA.

    Delicious. I make mine by simply squishing the bananas carefully while they’re still intact in their skins, open them up and splat them into the cream before mixing. Voilà! No need to fry in butter or add corn starch.
