(They've been extensive since the biomes update a few months back but have gotten even worse within the last week for many players.) ItsAXN made a great video the other day but I don't see Niantic listening unless multiple content creators / people with a voice speak out with a unified voice about all the technical issues. Given your relatively large following, I think a video with your perspective would be really valuable.
