Hey Jeremy, just wanted to drop in to let you know I have some major shift, I see the things you've taught in a whole new light. I delved deeper into lucid dreaming and understanding, I can astral project, and I have, but what is the point? Is there a way this can be utilized to help the world we are in now? How do you stay connected and grounded to this reality while you could be having all sorts of different experiences? Is there a deeper purpose behind astral projection? One that can help others?
