  • I'm Native American, we hunt/fish and I will continue to eat meat. I respect the choice of others who are vegan/vegetarian, I don't buy that not eating eat makes you more healthy.

Poppycock - While we all have our differences, but carnivore is turning this 56yo into a 30 something. I've got the tests both lab and physical to prove it. I butcher whole loins and leave the fat caps on. I cook it minimally and eat the fat first. I get plenty of organ meat as well. mmmm. yummy.

Proud to be a " meat and tater" lover. Almost 70, no wrinkles, still active. HEALTHY.❤

I can remember an article I read over 40 years ago suggesting that the reason why the average height in the US had grown by two inches in the twentieth century was due to meat consumption.
  • Moderation, variety, purity, quality, and experiment to see what you personally run best on

Can you do a video on Caprylic Triglycerides , and if they benefit a keto lifestyle?

    Healing ❤️‍🩹 every day 🙏🏼

Not eaten regular veg or fruit since I was 13 yrs, waste of stomach space, just eggs and a variety of meats for me - my blood tests are always perfect but for high levels of non toxic Vitamin B12. I should add that I have added Quinoa to my diet for the last 6 weeks.

What about olives? I haven’t noticed any on your hauls. I love black olives and sometimes the green ones. While google says they are keto; what is your lowdown on them.
  • With all the added hormones, antibiotics, and preservatives added these days you bet it makes the body more resilient. Lol. Actually, I hope people are choosing good quality meats to avoid shutting down their endocrine function. I consult with men and women on a daily basis who have hormonal issues and it's due to all the crap they are putting in the meats and in foods in general. Xenoestrogens are a huge problem. Great video as always!
  • Hey Thomas, you’re a zinc fan but you never talk about ZMA! Would love your opinion

I'd like to see you and Dr. Gundry make a podcast on this subject. I think he would be very interested to hear your perspective.
