So, this is all to allow a contractor to do routine admin duties - ie: user setups and resets - without taking up a license? Not a bad idea, but not something my company needs. What I am wondering, I have a dozen office workers, all using Workspace (when I can keep them from reflexibly going to Office products). But two thirds of my company are field workers, delivery drivers and service technicians. They have no need for Workspace, everything they do is through our back-office software on tablets. I currently have a number of admin forms for various functions that send data to Googlt Tables or Sheets, but this will one day become a problem when ex-employees or bots start loading our tables with crap. So, I would like some sort of identity function to only allow actual employees to use the forms. Can this Cloud Identity work for this? I am actually thinking of moving these functions to Google AppSheet, but that DOES seem to require a Workspace account for every user and I am not going to triple my Workspace subscription just to make this happen. A free cloud identity, without Admin privilege, might be the solution to this?

thanks for all the great info! can I ask I create a new google calender with business domain/email, verified the domain but now I cant access Google calenders now and it asking me to subscriber - it is possible to create a work calender with work email for free?
