Endoscope not working with Samsung A70, Android 9

I purchased this endoscope from China. It supposed to work on Windows and Android. Only working on Windows. Experimented with three different Android devices and a variety of apps. No luck.

    Hello. I have the same camera/borescope... And im having same problem with Galaxy S9 and Galaxy M30... Seems like its Samsung issue. Did you get to solve????
