I really appreciate you reporting on this. I had no idea there even was a Highlight Tour. And yeah, those fan deserved to be pissed.

I am currently a 54 yr. old and have been an ARMY since 2014. I had purchased MOTS tickets for my 50th Birthday and was going to take my daughters . We ALL already know what happened there😞 SO... MY GOAL... is to go to a concert when our 7 Kings return. I would like to take my daughters who are 2 yr. Baby ARMY and have the EXPERIENCE of a Lifetime. My one daughter and I got to see AGUST D in Chicago and my youngest and I got to see StrayKids there as well. BOTH were phenomenal shows, but MY TRUE WISH is to SEE ALL 7 members of BTS before my calling 🥰 Thank You SO MUCH for being you and sharing. Omg what a disaster, those poor fans totally ripped off by suspicious marketing techniques. The Artist’s that performed where obviously unaware what was on going too. That company and the woman, Nadia, committed a criminal offence and should have been investigated and charged. The fact she resurfaced under a slightly different name is outrageous! Someone /people should’ve kept tabs on that woman and (very loudly) called her out everywhere she tried to do business. She shouldn’t have had a moment’s peace for what she did until she was forced to compensate everyone and/or be held criminally o/legally responsible. I just don’t understand why that did not come to the attention of the authorities, especially because they scammed fans throughout the entire tour!

Don't give up, still email them over and over again. Don't let them get away with this. YouTube is getting bad, not sure what is up with them, but you're not the only one who is having trouble with them. I'm sorry you're going though this, but this is all on YOUTUBE. So keep fighting.

Jose, sorry to hear about your situation. Hope the best for you in the near future. As for this tour, I didn't attend but I remember hearing about what happened at the time. No fan should go through anything this ridiculous.

23:00 they were MILD in my opinion. I've heard this whole thing before and so listening to it again was so slhard bc it gets my blood BOILING. I would have been WILD if it had been me. Listening to them on stage admitting their incompetency is so embarrassing for them and that company was a sad excuse of an entertainment/events company. As the story unfolds, it just keeps getting WORSE! It was such a scam and its so wild. Poor ARMY being victim and poor BTS being tied to this scandal when it was no fault of there's or BigHit. Everyone is a victim here except the scammers! Wtf why would they have to return their items ON TOP of the injustice they already received from that company. The only excuse was they were adding layers to make it more difficult, if not impossible, to give money back when they had already promised to reimburse. The whole situation is so f*cked.
