It's a doggone shame that these videos are available now! I could have used this " valuable " information over forty years ago. Not only are you wonderful young ladies instructing others how to build, and make wealth. But, reading between the lines, you informing people how you select a spouse! DAMN!!!

When explaining these products it’s important to let people know about pros and cons. While you explained pros of IUL you did not go over the cons. The biggest con of IUL is there is a cost of insurance that goes up as we get older. Once that cost of insurance exceeds your monthly premium, the insurance company will either increase your premiums or take the difference from your cash value until your cash value is gone. At that point you now have a term policy on your hands and customers don’t know how this happened.
