Yes, the third strap on Purah's shirt is always unbuttoned. I think it's a subtle hint that it was... too tight for her to fasten comfortably or that it keeps popping open on its own XD

All of this (stalking around her home, climbing her walls, looking through her window, etc) would be EXTREMELY unsettling were this not a game. :V
