I’m so glad to see how happy he is now. We had some great times. A friend I’ll never forget. Life is such a great journey, so glad he was pert of mine.

In Memphis, he was THE MAN!! I was surprised to see him on Vlad. I couldn't click on it fast enough!!!
-
During that time in Memphis it was channel 5 wrestling and the Memphis State Tigers.

I only met William once at our home in Detroit, he was with my brother and Bill Merriweather ( George's high school coach and best friend of the Big O). I am glad to see William doing well all these years later, survival is the name of the game.

Good interview it taught me alot

I had a newspaper article with him on the cover. He was in his Piston's uniform on top of a blue Mercedes. I think it said something like "Sitting on Easy Street."

Bedford is a real one 💯.

Played against him in high school. It was him and 6'10 Duane Bailey on the same team.

William Bedford is a true MEMPHIS legend I remember when he came to my school Oakshire elementary when I was in the 4th grade to see my homie Anthony Smith who was his lil cousin or nephew I can't remember but he had to duck down to come in our classroom door mane we went crazy cause he played for MEMPHIS STATE back then I shook his hand and I had to look straight up mane he is a real giant and I was the tallest kid in my class, I only grew to be 6'9 but I'll never forget seeing him and shaking his hand as a kid. I coulda went pro but I got shot in south Memphis and f*cked that all up once I got better I went to the Marine Corp. All young athletes please stay away from the street sh*t cause it will ruin your career completely. 💪💖💯
