Coach Emmanuel Amuneke must be proud of that fifth goal, what a powerful header, very similar to the one he scored in Nigeria's first appearance at the senior world cup against Bulgaria in USA'94. Go Eaglets! Go Nigeria!!

Nigeria's 3 top strikers are basically untouchable. Good job to them!

First of all, I think the people that are saying all this nonsense about our young lad don't have faith in FIFA's ability to organise U17 world cup, I think they are indirectly insulting FIFA. Secondly, African especially Nigerians are usually big in stature. When you people were taking us up for slave in Brazil, America etc u don't use to complain about our size and you usually pick the younger ones who are big. Finally, I think you guys are just hating there's nothing you can do about it, we are big, we are young, we ve got the skills the speed and you think nothing good can come out of Africa you better think again because we are winning this trophy 🏆.... Lol.

Young men are strong and they have speed like a train, ruthless
  • the younger nigerian generation are actually outgrowing the older. i am 25, yet when i was 17, in OAU ile-ife, my mates thought i was 25. now i see high school boys in Nigeria so big and i wonder why they are all so big when i am older by 9-10 years
  • congratulations to Nigeria. I hope to see them bring the triphy home.
