Beautiful video! I remember when I was a kid and our fish were pregnant, my mom would use a pregnancy tank and put the mom inside so when she gave birth, the fry would fall through the bottom half and the mom couldn't eat them. It was so nice to watch the births with my mom. Thank you for sweet memories and posting the video! 🐠🐠🐠

Its good that she didn't eat them! In my tank I had to catch the babies and separate them because the bigger guppies were trying to eat them

This video is so awesome! Great footage and editing! I want more! I also have, not 2, but 3 female guppies which are very close to dropping her fry... I can't wait! One of them seems less round since this morning and for a second I thought she might have dropped her fry and eaten them during the night, but now I might think she changed to more of a box shape.

Wow amazing quality. This video was really cool. My platy fish had babies last month, I'm expecting more quite soon. The first time it was really unexpected, I just saw the fry swimming around one day and had to take everything out of my tank (including decor - everything but gravel!) except the fry to fish them all out and put them in a breeder net so they wouldn't get eaten! It was cool to watch how livebearers are born, and I hope to catch my platy giving birth soon :)
