Poor kid, they should have taken her testimony without parents in the court room

Minors should always be allowed to present their testimony from behind a privacy screen, so that no matter who has called them ( defence/prosecution), they are unseen by the accused.

I was creeped out by his unblinking stare at her when she was testifying.

Here in Ireland all children under eighteen give evidence from another room in the court while accompanied by a support court officer, this behavior in this trial is scandalous and the judge is NOT protecting the minor child

She’s trying to blame the daughter for his intimidating behavior in court! Unbelievable. He should be reprimanded for this and he should not have been allowed to sit in room while she was testifying. Defense is disgusting

The father absolutely was telling her not to tell something. Not only does his face tense, then he puts fingers to mouth in motion to closing the lips!!

This is becoming a circus. Problem is there is no authority being taken to control the court room by the person who should be.

Am I the only one who thinks judge is getting close to being senile? I have not watched much of this trial to be honest. But what I did see was alarming.

Should a daughter be testifing about the father in the same room, being him the defendent ? I don't think so.

I grew up that way. Years later, I realize how unhealthy and manipulative it was. It’s not simple, ans she will spend her life trying to work through all the passive trauma

A loving relationship?!? You must be kidding. The dad controlled her, ask her to lie and threatened her with a gun

the fact that she didnt want to say the bad name her dad called the victim in front of his mother, such a kind trial

Why could they just record a deposition with her and play that in court instead of making her testify, which can be traumatizing for the child. It would accomplish the exact same thing and she wouldn't even have to be in the courtroom.

Did anyone else notice the previous video when the daughter while testifying...switched from "my father" or "my dad"...to "The Defendant"...when referring to HIM. The look on "dad's" face was priceless when he heard her call him that noun. He didn't like it. What a horrible human being he IS. He messed with the kids' heads, his wife's head...and murdered the boyfriend. What a despicable being.
