Today I'm sharing with you my updated morning routine! In the last 6 months, I have become a morning person, waking up at 6AM. Here is my 6AM Productive Morning Routine with everything from fitness and workouts, food, cleaning my apartment, and my makeup!

    If your looking for tips; When you do deadlifts try sumo deadlifts and keep your spine straight and look kinda up at a point. And with hip thrusts try to not throw your whole body. More controlled and your bench should be in line with your bra and keep your chin tucked in. I only started getting really good results this year and these were helpful tips I learned from my trainer :)
