The Korg (Keio) Mini-Pops 7 released in 1966, featured 15 drums sounds and 20 patterns. This machine is one of the defining drum machines in the history of electronic music.
Jean-Michel Jarre used it throughout his breakthrough album, Oxygene. Some rhythms were achieved by overlaying two of the presets in a manner not intended by the machine's original design. Équinoxe Part V, VI and VII featured the Rock 1 pattern.
Aphex Twin used it on his album Syro, and in homage named a single "minipops 67 [120.2]". Echo and the Bunnymen also used the Mini-Pops 7 drum machine.

Behringer nowadays not just a company. More like electronic music history saviours! While others "not chasing ghosts", Uli just emanates them spirits of olden times into reality.

If you can engage several rhythms at once, and it has midi, and analog sync, it will be useful for more than just few early beatbox sounds.

SAMURAAAIII!!! This sounds pretty cool. I will definitely collect all of the Behringer drum machines. I believe this will end up in the RD-6 / TD-3 enclosure. I am hoping they add individual outputs with midi and cv. That will be solid as a selling point.

The trouble with Behringer clones is that they often save money by making them smaller than the original. Can be difficult to use those knobs, switches amd buttons.
