I mostly remember Foldy from "How to Fold your Foldy" and BFB 11. I don't remember a single thing Balloony did.

I only really remember her when I'm recounting Season 5 eliminations. Out of the two new characters from that joke episode before the Season 1 finale, she has done very little of anything worth discussing compared to them. (E: Also I get it, but I'm very certain that's not gonna happen, nobody will vote for her because of those flaws.)
