The 7mm PRC’s high twist rate and fast speeds give it an unbelievable resistance to wind deflection while still packing a punch over long distances. It may be a while before the 7mm PRC becomes widely accepted and commonly available. Judging by its performance so far, there is no reason why it shouldn’t.

For the time being, we can drool over the rifles due for release in the new chambering. Some of these options are already available in many other calibers, so it will be exciting to put their performance to good use with the 7mm Precision Rifle Cartridge.

  • More than a little surprised there are no Bergara rifles on this list. Excellent value & accuracy.

I own a mountain reaper and let me tell you, the folding stock lockup mechanism IS NOT the one that is pictured in this video. Unfortunately its a Plastic block that flips up and is supposed to hold the stock firm. It does not and there is quite a bit of play in the mechanism itself.. very disappointing.

I figured the cva casscade LRH would be on that list
  • I own the Savage 110 Ultralite in 7mm PRC. It is very accurate using Hornady Precision Hunter ammo. I havent used any other ammo types or brands in it. This was my first whitetail season to use it and it put venison in the freezer. If I would have owned a 7mm rem mag, I wouldnt have gone with 7mm prc theyre too close to justify the cost.

The Christiansen Arms titanium has a titanium receiver, not an aluminum receiver, as stated in this review. 11:19

I am not sure if something has changed in the last year, but I am one that personally had issues with my Christensen Arms 7mm PRC. I had to send it in twice, and then just returned it and purchased a Seekins Precision. Love my Seekins!!! Not sure if The PewPew Zone got their data, but it needs double checked.
  • I wish there were more 7mm prc rifles offered around the $1000 price point. Especially the legacy manufacturers. Its almost like they do not want the 7prc to be popular. Remington and Browning jumped in quickly. But all other manufacturers want to put it in a premium or top tier rifle so you need to pay more. And don't even start with me on the mossberg...... I'd rather have a acme 7prc from some no name manufacturer from turkey

All this guy has done is steal others' footage and talk over it. Shoot your own footage. 👎
  • Food for thought. I have a 6.5 PRC. I also have a 7mm Remington magnum. With that said, studying the balistics, the 7mm PRC isn't much different than the rem mag ballistically. I'm not gonna run out and buy one when mine is just as good. I don't need to get excited and hop on the bandwagon. Yes the 7mm PRC is a great round. Very well designed. I'm fond of the PRC's. But the 7 just doesn't seem important to me like the 6.5 or the .300 the 7mm PRC seems to be more hype than anything.
