Dressed as a woman to escape the capital. Insulted Malenia along the way, lost, and kissed her feet to beg for mercy. What a guy.

He's a good boss to go up against near the beginning of the game. It felt exciting going through the castle to fight him.

As someone with background of plant grafting, fighting him made me sick lol. A grafted plant is weak and more susceptible to pests. If more plants are grafted onto the rootstock, in this case Godrick's body, it will grow weak as the plants are sucking nutrients off him to survive. He was a monster and a coward through and through.

I'd also dress up as a woman to avoid fighting Radahn irl, no questions asked And no wonder he lost to Malenia, I killed him second try and spend a bit over two hours on her. She's on a whole different level. Also, really good narration

I absolutely love this boss. Out of every boss I have fought so far he strikes my fancy the best. I absolutely enjoyed his boss fight and his desire to become more powerful rings something deep within me too tbh. He's a joy to listen to, whenever I start I character in Elden ring I always grind out a Godrick knight set and use that. I am actually currently working my character up to take the mantle as Godrick the Grafted. His weapons and all.

My first time through Stormveil I noticed the really ugly holes in the walls with roots growing out of it. It actually gave me cringeworthy shivers because it looked like infected wounds or something. It was like the castle itself was decaying. At first I reckoned it was some kind of symbolism; castles represent prestige, power, and authority. The mottled holes seemed to be saying that Stormveil's particular position of power was dying, and becoming ever the more corrupted with time.

I can't believe I came back to this long after voicing American Godrick only to realize he's basically the dark fantasy version of General Grievous.

This guy has got to be my favorite Souls boss ever. Not quite as good a fight as Isshin, but Godrick is a way cooler character with such a cool design.

Its interesting that Godrick’s great rune is one of the most powerful runes in the game. Its like all the stats were grafted into his single rune!
