Oh fabulous! My mum was the "popcorn" lady at our school 5 cents a bag ( dating myself) with butter. This is the best way to make it. Thanks! For the sweet memories.

Awesome....Works fantastic. Just one thing to add ...we need to be careful about the kernels quantity...I put slightly more and there were quite a few kernels at the bottom that did not burst. They had turned slightly black. Putting them back and reheating with slight oil did not give any benefit. The "extra" kernels were now totally burnt and I had to throw them away
