  • Let me add. We don’t have state income taxes but property taxes is truly expensive. My taxes were much cheaper in Atlanta compared to Houston.

    Houston is about an hour from the actual dirty beach/ 3 hours with traffic... there's a hood in every part of Houston literally, except places like the woodlands which is an island pretty much... only thing to do is restaurants and malls... they have a lake... you'll do all there is to do the first week if you're adventurous, the rest is a big house with no views... and waiting to take vacations away... Houston, i guess.... and there's no white people smiling and hugging like the people in the video lol trust me
