其士集團承建乙明邨松悦樓 首個Full MiC「全組裝合成」項目竣工

香港房屋協會的「松悦樓」樓高10層，共有64個長者友善及無障礙單位，由其士（建築）有限公司以 #FullMiC 「全組裝合成」建築方案建造。整個項目由單位、走廊、樓梯，以至升降機井道、機房等等，均由其士（建築）於內地委託的工廠以模組化預製，再運到工地裝嵌。
The brand new elderly housing project “Chung Yuet Lau” at Jat Min Chuen in Sha Tin constructed by Chevalier (Construction) Company Limited was successfully completed in April 2024. As the project's main contractor, Mr H S Kuok, Chairman and Managing Director of the Chevalier Group, was invited to officiate at the completion ceremony, celebrating the completion of the first construction project adopting the Full MiC (Modular Integrated Construction) solution in Hong Kong.
The 10-storey “Chung Yuet Lau”, owned by the Hong Kong Housing Society, comprises 64 age-friendly and barrier-free units constructed by Chevalier (Construction) using the Full MiC solution. From the units, corridors, staircases to the lift shaft and plant room, the project is constructed by the precast modules manufactured in the factory commissioned by Chevalier (Construction) in the Mainland and transported to the construction site for installation.
