The manager and security were both very polite.

It's really sad, a life so devoid of purpose and respect for others, that the void is filled by antagonising people who are trying to run a legitimate business, serve a public need, generate local employment and earn an honest living. The Sales Manager and the Security Guard were both extremely reasonable and professional, refusing to rise the bait.

You instigated this entire hostile interaction. You went there looking to have an argument with anyone you could. He behaved with total professionalism and you acted like a petulant child. Do you honestly think you’re in the right here? If that’s the case you need to take a serious look at yourself mate

You became a tresspasser and you resisted leaving instead arguing and making abrasive comments to try and get him to rise... He was bang on with how he treated you.. you are trying to start an argument for content and he wouldnt rise to it simply smiling at you and telling you to leave.. he beat you at your own game and its clearly triggered you. The fact you continually argued and tried to wind the manager up you have to hold your hands up he was smarter than you. You sir were the problem here not the manager and the only person who is shown up is you 😂😂 i would 100% use this business i think that manager was class!
