Gerber Legendary Knives Invited The Patron Saint of Knives to sharpen at the Bi-Mart Booth at the Pacific North West Sportsman Show Held Annually at the Portland Expo Center. This is the Largest Sportsmen's Show West of the Mississippi. In 5 hours, I sharpened 140 knives to a rare and spooky mirror finish. Every knife was sharpened to a shaving edge and every customer walked away happy. 140 knives in 5 hours!
