Our current Supreme Court is literally pitiful. They sound weak and unintelligent 😐

Alito is not a "justice", he is a "bought and paid for political instrument". He revealed that distinction with the back and forth presented early in the video, when he interrupted Solicitor Prelogar, claiming that he was "... not equating this with that." In fact, that is EXACTLY what he was doing ... that is EXACTLY what his question to her posed. He was equating a much less egregious hypothetical circumstance with an actual very egregious and destructive circumstance. She called him out on that, and he tried to shut her down ... and he failed miserably. Alito is useless ... he's definitely not an impartial and thoughtful adjudicator.

If Jan 6th was not obstructing an official proceeding, then it is impossible to obstruct an official proceeding under the law.

Clarence Thomas wife has given testimony on her involvement with the Coup plot. Thomas not recusing means it lacks integrity already.

"I'm not equating this with that." Sir you literally are and were the only person to bring it up at all. 😂

This statue was cut and dry, and it’s so dishonorable for any of these judges to hear 👂 this.
  • @johndman100
The Supreme court just need to ask themselves one question, how would they have reacted if the rioters had invaded their court?
  • @HeartlesSv420
"I'm not equating the two" That's exactly what you were trying to do.
  • @whiskyjames4200
So, if Justice Alito is not equating that to January 6th, then what's his point?!
  • @robertalker652
Nice one. The answer the Solicitor-General gave to Alito's question was thrown right back in his crooked face. Joyous.

I have no confidence whatsoever, that this Supreme Court will do the right thing.
  • @moonmunster
Again, the Supreme Court can't see the forest for the trees. Typical.

Nobody is above the law including Trump's 💥👈

Thomas is obviously not going to recuse himself willingly. He lacks the shame and self-respect needed for that. So what, if anything, can be done to have him removed!?
