Over 800 million dollars received to help people, and only 24 million has been dispersed? You cannot tell me that that isn't robbery.
  • When you're willing to work hard & even work 2 jobs to provide for yourself & family, watch your pennies & still don't have enough money to pay your rent you know something is wrong with the system.😥
  • My heart goes out to everyone going through this. It could happen to any one of us in the blink of an eye. Be grateful for what you have, even it it’s not much.

leave the place before a eviction is filed! you will not be able to rent any place with an eviction on your record!
  • I m a landlord and my tenant and I applied back in March 1 2021 it is now September 16 and we still haven’t received the funds yet. Something is not right.
  • I've had to rent before and landlords act like you have no rights. They don't want to fix things, and hold up their end of it, but they sure want their money every month. It's deplorable!

Absolutely disgusting they are approving the fraud applications when its easy to look up an address and see who owns a home but they are taking forever to approve the legitimate people who need the assistance

They are definitely keeping the money! Shame on you “ Our Florida”
  • I have a strong feeling that the states will keep a good portion of the money and use it on themselves. It enrages me that our tax dollars go to help the government afloat, but when we need to stay afloat they look the other way. They do a nice press conference making it look like they are doing the best they can and making it look like they are expediting the process, but the reality is that they are making you jump through hoops to get a payout that takes months to get. By that time you are like this individual out in the streets. It's cute how they publicly announce that they are here to help their constituents in a time of crisis, but behind the scenes they just drag ass and take their sweet time, and after all that they deny most of the claims. I don't know if yall have noticed, but at least in Florida, rent is just skyrocketing. A 2 bedroom apartment in South Florida now can easily go for almost 2k, when it used to be you can find one for about 1.2k. We will end up just like California and New York.

Our Florida screwed me out of water bill help after waiting for two months getting behind and being told they don't help homeowners! They are stealing this money.
  • GOD please bless people everywhere with help they need for people to have a home to stay in 🙏 in JESUS holy name.

    Where's her husband/father of the daughter? 🤔🤔🤔🤔
  • "Lost her job due to the pandemic" or lazy bum who lost job for not showing up?
  • I live in Florida and man totally disgusted why what's going on. I am a small landlord is cheap to rent I can't get any help for my renter's or myself. This is a state full of grafters
  • I am a property manager .. many residents have the money to pay rent ., but they wait to see if the government will pay for them first. I have helped them get thousands in government money .. while they sit at home all day. It has to stop … go to work .
  • Florida has stolen the money. In this example, at least this lady has a vehicle to live in, some do not. If you have a car, you have a home.

I have been blessed to always have a job. I had four mouths to feed so i couldn't be picky about a job. My wife told me when i was about 24yrs old honey some money beats no money. I never forgot that so true. Be safe and God Bless.
  • Adults, hear this. It is no one's responsibility to take care our families but us. Nobody failed that woman.
