Atilla: let's all wear dark robes and not tell necrobutcher.
-
When the live version is clearer than the recorded version
-
The intro is one of the best intros ever
-
You know you're on a black metal vid when people are complaining that someone isn't wearing a robe.
-
Wow... the drums sounds like in the album!
-
Finally a guitarist that can play the solo right.
-
That awkward moment when no one told Necrobutcher it's fancy dress.
-
I know a lot of people don't like Attila because he's not Dead, but for me? This live version pretty much sold me on Attila being Dead's successor. Dead had cold, macabre vocals from the grave itself, but there's something about Attila here.. Maybe it's the eerie, void-like quality to his vocals; like the whisper that cuts through the darkness.
-
When it's cold and when it's dark, the freezing moon can obsess you
-
4:22 that's probably one of the best live solos ever!
-
Dude. Attila's voice is so doom and powerful. I got goosebumps at 3:42 wtf... One of the best vocalists in Black Metal
-
Saw these guys with the Beatles circa 64'
-
Crowd is as dead as euronymous
-
Looks like emperor palpatine singing
-
I had the rare privilege of seeing this band live. I had made a new friend when I was in school and they told me, "We're going to a concert." They didn't tell me who was playing. "Oh, it's a mystery! Just wait!" This was my introduction to this type of music. I was fortunate to find this friend.

This is my favorite version of Freezing Moon. It sounds like the De Mysteriis version, but it's more clear, Attila's vocals feels way more like black metal, and the solo is very much improved
-
All ignore Attila because idolize Dead due to his image, when he was only a temporary icon for the effects of the band. Attila was always the transcendental vocalist and he deserves all respects
-
I guess this is one of the most beautiful Black Metal Live Clips. Seeing these Guys standing on Stage after recording this Album 24 Years - playing it like there is nothing happened in the years between. Amazing atmosphere, Amazing skills on technics and an unbeliveable performance from Attila. This is not only Black Metal, this is pure fucking art. Cheers!

This is my favorite Mayhem song. The intro is amazing.
