I bought this bike as my first bike and personnally I quite like that it lacks power : my father lost both is legs in a bike accident so I like it when I get over-confident and the bike tells me "no you don't", I find it reassuring. Also love the fuel and insurance costs : I live near Paris and it's legit cheaper than public transportation.

I bought the 2022 version a couple of months ago as my very first bike after doing my CBT… I’m hoping once I get to grips with it to do my full licence (am old… so I can!) as a short lady rider it’s perfect for what I want right now… I still have so much to learn!! It’s a small bike but for me it’s still feels heavy!!!
  • That little spanner sigh don’t forget after you give it a service you can switch that off too , it’s in the hand book .
  • 50mph going down country lanes on a 125 feels like your doing a ton . Honda have always built 125 ‘s that are good on the juice . My mate had a CG 125 Honda pushrod single back in the 1980 ‘s ,it had what Honda called a miser carb on it . He could get to the moon & back on a gallon of cheap 2 star juice & 65 mph on the clock . You can’t go wrong with small Honda ideal for commuting & general bimbling about . 👍

Good for you, run what suits you. It’s your bike and it’s for you. Thank you for sharing and making this content 😊

What a 151 miles per gallon. got to be a mistake. 400 miles to a tank. this bike is saving the planet. got to be cheaper than a electric bike.😱
  • I’m glad you feel that way , I’ve got one too same colour fantastic for getting to work.
  • I am a fan of small bikes, too. I have been thinking about getting a Suzuki VanVan 200 as they are still available in Thailand, although the local small Suzuki shop has lost its franchise and is now selling small Chinese bikes. You can go as fast as you need to on small displacement bikes if you're running round the lanes.

absolutely love these small capacity bikes, I have a 2014 CBF 125cc and it cost 1p yes one whole penny for fully comprehensive insurance when I added to to my big bike policy. how about a comparison video with the CB125F and your super cub.

I've filled my Honda cb 125 up 3 times since January this year they certainly are so cheap to run and very reliable
  • Small bikes are fun. Only the linked brakes put me off. I only use rear brake coming up to roundabouts in the wet now after some fun on diesel spills.
  • I did my cbt on one of these, great bike. Ive got a suzuki sfv650 sat in the garage for when i pass my tests. Untill then i ride a suzuki gs125 1991. Its pretty similar to the honda great fun to blast around on.

It's time for these classic CB bikes to take their place back on the motorcycle scene! It would be nice to see a Honda cb250 air parallel twin engine, 15hp with 130 kg... With a four-stroke engine, one cylinder gets quite tired ...

I think the gearing is super forgiving on these as I can cruise around town 30mph in 5th with little issues
  • For us the same basic bike in the US is the XR150 and I am looking at buying one to make into a micro adventure bike. No Hate just Love.
