Backflow Preventer installed by Xtreme Landscaping & Development, LLC owned by Jay Contreras in Katy Texas on 4/21/2022 is leaking on 5/1/2022.

The backflow is leaking lots of water and I had to turn the sprinkler system off and at one point the water to my house.

    Jay tried to charge me for fixing his company's mistake. When I said no, he called me ungrateful. Look at that pipe at the end. It is covered with primer and glue from the shoddy installation!
