Siena is actually marketed in 1999 by Sunrise Colony as a 55+ Active Adult lifestyle Tuscany Community, a So CA Golf ⛳ Country Club builder. Red Rock Country Club in Summerlin was built prior. We both don't need to pay HOA to Summerlin as the builder already paid up front. We love it here even 23 yrs later...

Definitely moving there in a year or so…, looking for price to adjust bc LV homes have gone up to bubble level in the last three years or so. Unlike SoCal homes, LV homes won’t maintain the high level especially if you compare with SoCal homes in beach communities…, I don’t want to pay current price bc I know it’s at bubble level, so we are waiting to buy!!
