Let's see. Four guys (singer, guitarist, bassist, drummer). Fans close to stage. No riots. No fireworks (except the band's performance). No special effects. Nothing but raw, unfiltered, straight-up rock and roll. Amazing. This is how it was. This is how it should be again.

I love Led Zeppelin because as you scroll through the top comments, there are comments of admiration and adoration separately for all four band members. That's remarkable.
  • That one fan who shouted "woman!!" and to which Plant replied "aah". That's one of the best moment you could ever have as a fan.

The way Bonham's brain was wired was simply out of the ordinary. No drummer ever did it like him.

It was 1970 and minds were blown at the Royal Albert Hall. Greatest Rock and Roll band of all time.
  • @shablya
This song still crushes everything after 50+ years.
  • Robert Plant was a force of nature in the early days. There’s never been a voice like that since, coupled with unbridled energy and charisma. Just awesome.

Ugh they sound and look so damn good. This era of rock is unparalleled and my soul aches for it.
  • @FrankThe77Tank
It’s crazy how these 4 insanely talented Legends found each other.. it’s not a coincidence that they’re the greatest band of all time..
  • Best guitarist. Best drummer. Best singer. Best bass player. ALL in one group!!
  • @TheMayDog
You truly fall down the Zeppelin rabbit hole when you discover their live material... been stuck here for the last 3 months.. anyone got a match?
  • @somnambulist83
Every time I listen to Zeppelin I come closer to appreciating that nothing rocks harder than them. Nobody can ever truly appreciate how hard they rock. We can only approach appreciation.

That voice! The hair! Those jeans! Hell yeah! x

This day was Jimmy's 26th birthday. JPJ had turned 24 a few days before. Robert and Bonzo were both 21. They were so young and so unbelievably good!!
  • @VRShow
Jonesy may not have had the popularity the rest of the members but his contribution is just unmistakable. His bass is just flawless and powerful in this song.
