I've been saving for ever and I always told myself I didn't want to build relationships with my customers because I didn't want to look like I was trying to you know get as much money as I could from them but you know what this makes perfect sense I need to start building relationships with people so they don't get upset as soon as you make one mistake. Thank you bro!

I just started this job and I'm good with people and customer care + your points. and I got lots feed back and even miserable customer turn to a good tipper 👍

I will be starting my job as a server tmr and I’m excited and nervous. I have a little experience in the serving world but I wouldn’t say it’s all that because of the place I worked at; it was at a resident home. The people were pretty bossy or straight forward and they complained a lot about the food condition, being that they are too old (around 90’s and above) I tried not to take it personally. The place I will be starting at tmr is a huge restaurant! and people with all sorts of age so good luck to me I guess lol
