I painted a few of these for my son, they didn't turn out too bad. Thank you

I never thought to use chalk! That's brilliant. Thank you so much for your content. You've helped keep me painting.

A tip for the smoke, what really helped me was dilute the gray painting with your brush. Blot your brush on napkin and then do swirls like the smoke from a match is dancing. Then, go back over with diluted black paint to make it both strong and faded in areas, making it look more natural 🥰🥰
  • What a trainwreck for me! Hahaha I wanted to do something for my nephew and he loves dragons. I watched the video and thought "I can do that"....hahaha....oh no, I could not. I struggled with the scales and the smoke for two days. Painted over, tried it again, painted over, tried it again. Finally on my third attempt, I got a finished product that doesn't look like a 4 year old painted it.....I'd say maybe a 10 year old. Oh well. I loved the process and I kept at it until I finally finished it. BTW my fail had zero to do with your instructions. Those were great. I was just very scale and smoke challenged. Haha

This is extremely my pace and the quality you make these videos is so amazing, to the minor detail of ending your sample video of you blow drying with the “click” sound of the blow dryer. That’s so cool, and so creative!!! I’m really looking forward to making more “me time” without stressing on what to do. I can just watch a tutorial and relax
