In the sea of low-budget indie titles, it can be difficult to find a genuine gem.
However, Titan Chaser might just be a diamond in the rough... emphasis on the rough part!

But does it's shortcomings hold it back from being a one of a kind indie experience?

Let's start our engines and find out!

  • "Remastered" should almost never apply to games that were successful at their initial launch, but should be reserved for games like this. In my perfect game industry fantasy, some well-off publisher would see the diamond-in-the-rough for what Storm Chaser is and give them enough money/resources to "remaster" their game. The original could be packaged with the remastered version to show the player what a difference does when a developer has the ability to flesh their ideas out. The only examples I can recall this happening is with Pathologic/Pathologic 2 (made possible via crowdfunding) and Downfall (self-published and funded by a solo developer due to the financial sucess of his 2nd game). I think I'll buy the he to support the developer and play a little but quit when I get to "a few more..." 😅
