Excellent video. Was very informative. I enjoyed watching it. The sequoia is the best vehicle I've ever owned. If It wasnt my daily driver I would definently outrig it just like yours. Keep up the great content

That looks badass! Recently got 21 mpg out of my 2004 Sequoia 4WD. That was on a highway trip from Florida to Pennsylvania but that was very sensible driving and doing a steady 55. At 300,000 miles your engine is barely broken in 😆

The view of the mountain range is awesome.

Loving the rig! Beautiful backdrop too! Excellent video!
  • Well done, mate! Great explanation, very informative! I'm definetly going to buy one of those, thank you, sir. I subscribed.

Amazing suv! Although I sold mine and got a 200 Landcruiser, the only thing I miss is the additional rear space and the cup holders...and the couches that they refer to as "seats"
  • I'm looking for a 05-07 sequoia, test drove one days ago and the power on that v8 is enough for my needs. It will be a family hauler and just around town driving for the most part.
  • Great job and great build. I concur Toyota is #1. I have the 2nd gen sequoia and almost complete with my overland build.
  • @SpangsWorld
Really missing my 04 Tacoma and wheeling in Colorado with it.
  • Love the video, have you ever considered doing a collaboration video with the Frazier’s or possible event for sequoia owners.
  • Thank you for elevating the resale price of my 2005 Sequoia LTD. She looks better drives better and pulls whateved I could imagine in contrast of my neighbor's cars.
  • @mel_s197
Nice sequoia! I have a 2005 and just put a 3 inch lift on mine :)
  • @BYLRPhil
Big advantage to the earlier series of first gen Sequoias: manual hi-lo shifter. The second series is electronic. I will always choose the manual.
  • Sometimes I wish I had kept the stock sleeper look on mine… yours looks good Mine will out wheel most vehicles that cost 2-4 times the price ..so I like it..lol
  • Great video! Still learning about these. I’ve been thinking of adding a 2007 to the fleet, but mpg is worrying me. How bad is it? Otherwise, is there much after market stuff for the 1st Gen? I hate the look of the 2nd gen, but like all the extra stuff you get…

Hi nice custom mods by the way I can’t find the website for the rear hatch handle can you share more info ?
  • What is the norm for accessory life for starters, alternators, water pumps, etc.? At 305k , I would probably replace with oem…
