  • Red at Streamsong gets all the attention. (Certainly is the sexiest looking.) But this one, Blue, is my favorite. Amazing work by Tom Doak. Watching this video just reminded me how much I love that course. Great video series from Streamsong, and always. Keep giving us the great content!

"Good Decisions" is the best mental game tip I've ever had! Used it after the previous video and although execution wasn't great I came away from the round feeling positive because I'd made good decisions all the way round. Cheers!!! 👍👍👍👍👍

Love the full course vlogs Matt. You've got natural charisma and you play well! Great round!
  • Great content! I enjoy the mental tips on getting thru the round.

I work at a golf course and that is pretty much my best advice for players. Play the course, play the hold, play your current shot. Everything else is either done or in the future. Stay focused!! Great looking course there at the Blue

Great to see how a pro acts at a bad day. Respect!

Played a course in Monterey last summer. From the 6200 tees on 18 it was 260 to the corner. Weeks later I watched some YT golfers allegedly playing from the 7300 tees just fly it over the corner. Since then I don't believe any YT guys' numbers or the tees they play. Good to see you playing the tees you say you are playing and posting your actual scores. Thanks.

Always love watching these course videos. And if there's a swing to copy it would be yours. Simple, efficient and consistent!
  • Definitely digging this course play thought process, just hope you continue the series! And play more beautiful courses! Maybe you can get the golfaholics back into it!

I think to add to this is just to have a SLOW DOWN mentality... When I lived in HI and played a lot I ALWAYS felt rushed by either the pace of play, people behind me or just felt this pressure to Play fast. I learned and since moving out to Colorado I've slowed my play a bunch and including my decision making and really analyzing my shots and approach. I couldn't even imagine trying to Vlog and video my game with just how busy some courses are.

Can't wait for you to come and play Cabot Citrus Farms in Brooksville, FL. If you come play, request me for your caddie😁😉

Hi Matt. Great vlog and great score. I thought your score could have been lower since you were hitting lots of approach shots with short irons. But real life golf is not that easy like some of the guys on the range and on the course always like to say it's an easy game lol. You did well in saving your pars even when your body is not up to pars. It's awesome that you get to play all these beautiful ⛳ courses and sharing the amazing views!👍 👍

Many putts going left, so during the stroke.... "Left shoulder up, in the cup. Left shoulder around, still on the ground!" Also, it's somewhat comforting to know that good golfers like you, and many of the pros on TV, get into trouble. However, the key here is to try to have a chance at saving par, or at least a bogey, instead of facing doubles or even triples when you really just hit one bad shot! My first goal this year is to eliminate double bogeys, limiting them to just one (or two at the most) per round!

The blue course is my favorite one out of the three!
  • Great content. I really think your game is good enough that the smart play sometimes is to be aggressive. thats my tip of the day lol. Go low MSG
