    An idea: make the fish who get caught become part of the fishermen circle. That way everybody continues to play in each round.

    great game .make a few variations and it can be a lot more fun. such as time limit, changing the positions constantly or giving fish team a task to do during they are running in and out the circle .

    We can see how people are gathering and playing. The interesting part is when the person in the circle raise their gathering up hands, other person can enter and exit in the circle. The second interesting thing is that when the gathering up hands raise down, then the person who is outside could be out.
