Love this conversation between two collaborators, friends and brothers. Bond, brotherhood and friendship for life.
  • @tieuellegacy
The story about Coogler being able to sit and watch Creed 3 with no extra stress is also funny. Being able to watch someone else’s movie without feeling the need to critique, or work, is a joy.

I'm laughing about Michael walking in front of the car. I don't think they stop for pedestrians in Chicago 😂

Need more of these podcasts, it's insightful, rich, and fresh!
  • It's always great as a director and film maker to connect with certain actors early on. So as time passes you grow together and when a huge opportunity comes you got a go to person who you know a bring it. That's why Killmonger was so dope in the first Black Panther film because of yall connection!!! I'm hoping to see yall work on more projects together

Love this discussion. On another note, Coogler communicates his thoughts very well in situations like this. Very calculated and more comfortable in interviews.

Ahhhh!!! Thank you for making this available on YouTube! I don't use apple products.
  • Dope conversations that double as blueprints for how to build creatively and collaboratively. Exciting to have an inside look of the start of a media company. We know the power of two in Hollywood from stories of Ben and Matt or Spike and Denzel; and how irresistible a duo can be when they share a vision and values. Now we get to see that paradigm extend to the system shaking possibilities a village of shared visionaries can manifest. 🎉🍾
