Victor Orban has a joint police task force in Hungary with Chinese police and there is a Chinese university in Hungary. First thing the EU should do is to close all EU borders next to Hungary and kick them out of the EU by any means necessary.

Arrest the spy for espionage and then offer a reduced sentence if he cooperates and provides information on his cell.
