A little bit about me..
Rebecca is a passionate Singer-Songwriter/Vocal coach/mentor /impressionist/photographer/creative junkie /self- development lover not a hater.
“I want to motivate and inspire others to follow their dreams…corny? Well, maybe but it’s true. So what’s motivating me?? I had a huge tumour removed summer 2016. However, despite not being able to walk for a few weeks, and feeling generally awful…. It has made me create and do what I love! It wasn’t an easy time but I won’t let fear dictate my life. I didn’t think ‘why me’, there are plenty of horrific issues people have to deal with…it’s not always smooth sailing. It’s true when you hear, ‘Life is short’, the crazy thing is, I am glad it happened…I appreciate life even more and try to practice gratitude everyday…It’s so easy to get caught up with the little things…and I do sometimes, but look at the bigger picture, will it matter in a year or two…we are all specks of dust…Also, thank you for all your support. It means a lot. I have suffered from anxiety from the past and self-confidence, (yeah hard to see now right) didn’t think I was ‘good, or worthy enough’ but I feel I have a new lease of life, don’t really care as much and want to show you guys what I have! : ) You are all awesome and without you, there would be no channel.

Rebecca, love watching your videos, and I'm honored to be used as a vocal coaching guinea pig. I learned to sing by recording George Michael and NKOTB songs off the radio onto cassette tapes. Seems like this is the new and improved version of that! Love your technical insights, as well as the wicked mouth popping noises at the top of your intro.

Freddie’s mom told Marc before she passed away that she was so happy he was carrying on his legacy! So thats pretty awesome 😎❤️

Marc Martel is such a kick ass performer. Not only does he sound like Freddie naturally but he is a multi-instrumentalist and an all-around great dude. Had the honor of seeing him with Black Jacket Symphony performing “A Night At The Opera” and damn- he kicks ass. Freddie is proud and smiling down from Heaven.

I was literally BLOWN AWAY by how much he sounds like Freddie, It's nice that there is still someone out there who can maybe keep a sense of Freddie's authenticity alive for a while❣

I very rarely watch people singing covers, especially when they try to mimic the original artist but this guy is so good that I found myself watching some of his stuff. He is definitely fantastic at recreating Freddie's sound and style!

Love Of My Life is probably my favorite Queen song because the beginning has that beautiful classical flair at the beginning with the quick secession of cords; Marc Martel absolutely nailed this so perfectly.

Whenever I try to use vibrato I sound like Peter Griffin having a laugh attack. Or like someone's molesting a sheep. But it's my vibrato and I'll inflict it on anyone I choose.

I think this is one of the most perfect impressions of this beautiful Queen song. If you see how Marc Martel sings, and how he uses his voice you would believe he was a son of Freddy Mercury. Unfortunately he was not chosen to be the next singer of the band, which he would have deserved in full.

I have been searching for years and years for someone to sound so close to Freddie. Marc is definitely satisfaction to my ears and my heart. I didn't get to experience Freddie while he was still living as he passed a week after I was born so having someone like Marc is a blessing to me.

Every sine time I watch Marc Martel videos, my eyes tear up because he's like the second coming of Freddie Mercury, he obviously lives and respects the music and Queen (one of my favorite bands of all time), and it reminds me of how much I miss Freddie.

Marc’s normal singing voice sounds so much like Freddie it’s insane! When he had his own band and came off stage people would say you know who you sound like and he’d finally just say I know Freddie Mercury. He truly does. He’s fantastic!
