That closing shot was awesome. Reminded me of Daenerys Targaryen during her travels & conquests of Astapor, Yunkai and Mereen. A powerful Targaryen Monarch, surrounded by three full grown dragons, ready to defend their mom!

Yeah I really love the scene where Rhaenyra summoned Vermithor on her own. I love how she pronounced Vermithor in High Valyria, it is like Vir-mee-thur and it sounded really powerful. Also the look in her eyes when she finally tamed Vermithor. I am so impressed with Emma Darcy in this entire episode.

The scenes of viserus give off major dark souls vibes and i absolutely love every second he's on screen. Beautiful shots and imagery. Especially when he's weeping.

Rhaenyra is becoming more and more self righteous due to that prophecy and I love it!! Very much “the ends justify the means” vibes from her this episode. She was straight forward with the dragon seeds but she was more than okay to cause a mass blood sacrifice if it means she gains 2 dragons. Don’t think we have ever heard her talk about gods or destiny before this episode, I wonder which one/s she’s referring to?

I'm wondering if we will see a Jaime Lannister type arc with Daemond - starting out as a real jerk but slowly revealing admirable qualities. Most characters are predictable in staying true to their natures, good or bad. But Daemond is so unpredictable I could see him doing just about anything. He's unscrupulous, power-hungry and willing to betray and backstab to achieve his own ends. Rhaenyra doesn't trust him, and Aemond is looking forward to a battle and will try and kill him.
