I’m going to clear something up here in the comments since a lot of people have commented before watching the video. This video is about if Joker had won by blowing up the boats in Gotham City leading into a different alternate timeline.

The joker did still win in tdk. He made Batman break his rule by killing dent. They casted Batman out because of that like a leper. Still would be interesting if the bombs did go off.

Heath Ledger's Joker still remains my personal favorite live-action Joker to the current day, 13 years later from his debut on screen, and given such, I doubt that's going to change any time soon.
