It's really crazy how many haters are on here. All the guy did is put out Halloween decorations for his community, and neighbors, and children to enjoy. I think it's awesome that he spent his time and money to do something for other people to enjoy. But of course you always have the ones that can do nothing but complain. If you have nothing better to do besides put the man down, you should proably take your wasted time and find someone to help yourself. If he has the money to do it so be it. Its his money to spend.
