Cayde meeting Crow is going to be a historic moment.

You know a character is iconic when the sound of their gun chambering a round gives you chills

This trailer has the vibe of D1, the slow flowy movement, and the simple but epic orchestral background music that swells at certain points gives me intense nostalgia. This is different than the usual action packed movie trailer stuff, it's amazing.

The little destiny theme towards the end of the trailer never fails to give me chills, takes me back to the main menu of the first Destiny

Honestly mad respect for Nathan so glad to see him take the mantle again and play Cayde. Interesting move on Bungie ❤. I would be nice to have the old fireteam together again. I’m just thinking about Zavala. My sincerest condolences to the family. I know a short moment has passed but he is never forgotten. I wonder how the final shape is going to me molded.

NEVER expected cayde to return, but very happy to see him return for the final shape

Genuinely made me tear up aha. These past 10 years I’ve moved house, changed jobs, suffered losses, got a dog, but Destiny has always been a constant, ever since day 1 beta. Watching this game evolve and its story unfold over the decade has been a true pleasure.

Not gonna lie. Actually seeing that Cayde is coming back, in any capacity, makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside. What a time to be alive.

No one better than Cayde to guide us into the beginning of the end, even if he’s only with us again for just a moment, I know we’ll appreciate every second. See you soon Cayde 👏🏼

just to hear how much Lance did before passing away, even in current seasons, and now seeing Nate coming back... this game has some true Legends between the voice actors that came along the way

It was hard to lose Cayde during that fateful mission. Hearing this almost brings a tear to my eyes.

Bro my mom knocked on my door at like 11 PM to show me this and it made my entire week. When Cayde died I was actually so upset, tbf I grew up watching my parents play destiny and cayde was my favorite character. So seeing this I am genuinely so so happy. Very excited to see how this turns out.

I teared up as my husband showed me this, cayde is one of my favorite characters and being a hunter myself this is even better!

This is something… I love the destiny universe and all it offers. Really hope our guardian has lots of catch up moments with Cayde and Ikora

The Feeling Of Destinys Light Era Coming To A Close Makes A Part of my life come to a close because bungie introduced me to halo reach which was my first fps game and then destiny stayed with me for years on end and now the end is near and i feel as if i must pay my homage to it even if my life gets more eventful, thank you destiny and thank you bungie for making this wonderful passion project.

This may get me back into Destiny if my schedule allows. I felt like we strayed so far from what this franchise was supposed to be this past year. But I am glad to see someone so iconic return.
