This riff could best be placed in the category Smooth, Soft & Silky, if you ask me. Anything faster than 95 BPM wouldn't do justice to the structure of this riff.
The initial 4 count variation is excellent for those strugglin' to lift up knees higher than the waistline. Taking your time to progress to a lifitng the knee as high as you can and shift with it at the same time, will build up confidence and strong posture over time.
Note: all pivots occur on the backwheels!
