Wow 😢 These are the exact words I’ve been wanting so desperately to hear from the man who broke my heart repeatedly. Coming to terms with the fact that those words will never come from him hurts me even more. Psychological abuse is very much real and harder than I would have ever imagined. I’ve lost myself completely from that toxic relationship and struggle to even find a starting point to begin healing.
