    It's not what the founding fathers wanted? Not a life term for justices? That's a direct lie. Federalist Essay 78 argues that judges should have life terms and explains why that's the most beneficial path of action. The Constitution directly says justices have life terms as long as their behavior is good in Article III, Section I.
