Wow! Really? Shaking my head. There should be penalties and consequences for falsely accusing defendants.
  • @klinekg1
That victim who falsely accused him should be imprisoned for the same time that he served in jail.

You can just see in this mans eyes that he’s still reeling from his ordeal with the injustice he was forced to endure. His life was taken away from him and he deserves massive amounts of compensation for his lost time.

That just shows! Everyone is guilty until proven innocent!

Any consequences for any of the people who sent an innocent man to prison and smeared his reputation for decades??? "It's dangerous to be right when the government is wrong."

Look at all of our black man serving time that didnt do anything NO JUSTICE. JUST US
  • @davidhill8565
Not all men accused of rape or domestic violence actually committed the crime.

Throw the prosecutors, the judge and jury all in jail! Damn shame!
  • This is just tragic. Beyond f'd up. There's no way to right this wrong for this man. God bless him.
  • They ruined his life! I feel so bad for him I see the pain in his eyes and all the hurt he’s endured. This is incredibly heartbreaking. I think they should think about who they make police officers and lawyers. There doing a horrible job convicting the right person The cops and lawyers should lose their jobs for sending an innocent man to prison. If you can’t convict the right person then you shouldn’t be a cop or lawyer. This is people’s lives we’re talking about.

I think "WE THE PEOPLE", should come together and ask for a new law holding those responsible for the wrongful incarceration of innocent people be held accountable and that "ALL STATES" have a min. of 50K for each year that person was held in prison. Some of these case's the prosecutor and Judge new they were sending an innocent man to prison but, wanted the public to think they had taken care of the criminals. Todays laws don't hold those accountable for sending these people to prison, that needs to change. Every other week you are reading about a person in prison being freed after years in prison. The one story last year, the black man had been wrongfully lock up for 36 years but, the state he lived in didn't give him but a 100 buck and a pay on the back, lol 36 years for something you didn't do, wow

we as humans have a short life span.. therefore we live it and enjoy every second of it but when someone takes away years of your life..
  • @SC-dm1ct
Our sex offender laws are a human rights violation, and the violation is so much worse when you're dealing with innocent people wrongly convicted.
